Bu politika UYAP Evrak Takip eklentisinin veri işlemesini açıklar. Hukuk bürosunun web sitesi, müvekkil ilişkisi ve avukatlık hizmetleri bu politikanın kapsamı dışındadır. Eklenti ücretsiz ve bağımsızdır; Adalet Bakanlığı veya UYAP'ın resmî ürünü değildir.
1. ÖZET
Eklenti, kullanıcının mevcut UYAP Avukat Portal oturumuyla erişebildiği dosyaları takip etmesine yardımcı olur. Eklenti için ayrı bir kullanıcı hesabı açılmaz. Eklenti dosya verilerini geliştirici sunucusuna göndermez; reklam, davranışsal analiz veya kullanıcı profillemesi yapmaz.
Veriler işlevin niteliğine göre bellekte, Chrome'un yerel ve oturum depolarında, IndexedDB'de veya kullanıcının indirme klasöründe işlenir ve saklanır. Yerel veri işleme de bu politikanın kapsamındadır. UYAP sorguları UYAP'a gönderilir; PTT takibi bu sürümde bakım nedeniyle kapalıdır ve PTT'ye veri gönderilmez. Bu nedenle "hiçbir veri cihazdan çıkmaz" şeklinde bir beyan verilmez.
2. İŞLENEN VERİLER VE AMAÇLARI
Avukat, taraf ve vekil bilgileri
UYAP'tan alınan ad, soyad, avukat/baro bilgileri ve kayıtlarda bulunan kimlik, vergi numarası, adres gibi bilgiler; hesap ayrımı, dosya eşleştirme, arama ve dosya özeti için işlenir.
Dosya, evrak ve duruşma kayıtları
UYAP dosya numarası, birim, tür, durum, evrak kimlikleri ve açıklamaları, tarihler, alt dosyalar ve duruşma bilgileri; yeni evrak tespiti, yerel arama, takvim ve belge erişimi için kullanılır.
Belge içerikleri
UYAP'tan indirilen belgeler ve ekleri; indirme, içerik/tür doğrulaması, eşleştirme ve desteklenen tebligat bilgilerinin okunması için işlenir. Dosya içerikleri sağlık bilgisi, kişisel yazışma, çocuklara ait bilgi veya başka hassas kişisel veriler içerebilir. Bunlar ayrı sağlık profili veya iletişim takibi oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.
Finansal bilgiler
Dosya hesabı, alacak, tahsilat, reddiyat, kalan para ve takyidat tutarları; dosya takibi ve hesap özetlerini göstermek için işlenir.
Malvarlığı, SGK ve firma kayıtları
UYAP'ın döndürdüğü araç, taşınmaz, hisse, takyidat, işyeri, çalışma dönemi, firma, ortaklık ve temsil bilgileri; uygun icra dosyalarının takibi için işlenir. Taşınmaz ve işyeri adres/konumları bu kayıtlara dahildir; cihazın GPS konumu alınmaz.
Oturum bilgileri
UYAP'ın JSESSIONID çerezi okunur. Oturum kimliğinin yerel kopyası ve oturum hazırlık durumu yerel/oturum depolarında tutulabilir. Eklenti e-imza PIN'i, e-Devlet şifresi veya UYAP parolası istemez.
Sekme adresi ve yüklenme durumu
UYAP sekmesini ve giriş/çıkış aşamalarını belirlemek için açık sekme adresleri ve yüklenme durumları değerlendirilir. UYAP içerik betiği portalın hazır olduğunu kontrol eder. Genel gezinme geçmişi oluşturulmaz; adresler geliştiriciye gönderilmez.
İnsan doğrulaması penceresi
UYAP bir sorguda insan doğrulaması istediğinde eklenti sorguları durdurur ve panel açıkken ilgili UYAP ekranını küçük bir pencerede açar. Doğrulamayı kullanıcı kendisi tamamlar; eklenti doğrulama kutusunu çözmez, doğrulama tokenini okumaz, saklamaz veya başka yere iletmez. Bu pencerede eklenti yalnızca portal formunu bekleyen sorguya göre hazırlar (kategori, birim ve açık/kapalı durumu), ekrandaki doğrulama durumunu izler ve portalın kendi sorgusunun başarılı yanıt verip vermediğini gözler. Bekleyen bir kategori listesi varsa portalın döndürdüğü dosya listesi eklentinin taramasına aktarılabilir; çerez, yetkilendirme başlıkları ve doğrulama alanı aktarılmaz. Doğrulama tamamlandığında bağlantıyı teyit etmek için UYAP'a tek bir hesap bilgisi sorgusu gönderilir.
Yerel belge ve indirme kayıtları
Dosya adı ve Chrome'un bildirdiği kayıt yolu, içerik özeti (SHA-256 ve desteklenen eşleştirme özetleri), Chrome indirme kimliği/durumu ve belge eşleştirme bilgileri; kayıtlı indirmeleri bulmak ve tekrar indirmeleri azaltmak için kullanılır.
Ayarlar, ilerleme ve tanılama
Tarama tercihleri (tarama hızı dahil), işlem kuyruğu/ilerlemesi, hata nedenleri ve sınırlı teknik olay kayıtları; zamanlama ve sorunların anlaşılması için yerelde tutulur. Oturum çerezi ve giriş kodları tanılama kayıtlarına yazılmaz. Davranışsal tıklama, fare hareketi veya tuş vuruşu kaydı tutulmaz.
3. BELGE İNDİRME VE KAYIT TAKİBİ
Belge indirmek için klasör hazırlama, klasör seçme veya dosya sistemi okuma izni gerekmez. İlk evrak indirmesinde Chrome'un varsayılan indirme konumunda UyapEvrakTakip klasörü otomatik oluşturulur. Belgeler Chrome indirme API'siyle bu klasörün ilgili dosya alt klasörlerine kaydedilir. Chrome ayarları veya başka bir indirme eklentisi adı ya da konumu değiştirebilir; eklenti Chrome'un bildirdiği gerçek kayıt yolunu saklar. Eski belgeler otomatik taşınmaz.
Belge takibi eklentinin indirme kayıtları ve Chrome indirme geçmişine dayanır. Klasör içeriği taranmaz; diskteki belgeler yeniden okunarak içerik doğrulaması yapılmaz. UYAP'tan alınan belge içeriği ve aktarım özeti kaydetmeden önce kontrol edilir; Chrome'un indirmeyi tamamlaması beklenir. Önceki bir belgenin yeniden kullanılması, kayıtlı eşleştirme ve Chrome'un dosya varlığı bildirimine dayanır. Diskte sonradan değiştirilen bir belgenin içeriği bu yöntemle denetlenemez. Kaydı olmayan eski belgeler veya indirme geçmişi silinmiş belgeler otomatik tanınmayabilir ve yeniden indirilebilir. Klasörde aynı ad bulunursa Chrome'dan farklı adla kaydetmesi istenir.
Geçerli Chrome indirme kaydı bulunan belgelerde Aç ve Klasörde göster kullanılabilir. Yeniden indir seçeneği mevcut belgeyi koruyarak yeni kopya oluşturulmasını ister. Önceki sürümlere ait klasör tanıtıcıları ve yerel belge eşleştirme kayıtları depoda kalabilir; bu sürüm klasör erişimi istemez ve bu tanıtıcılarla dosya okumaz. İndirilen belgeler veya içerik özetleri geliştiriciye ya da PTT'ye yüklenmez. Dışa aktarılan raporlar da tarayıcının indirme akışını kullanabilir.
4. KULLANIM AMACI VE SINIRLI KULLANIM
Veriler yalnızca kullanıcının erişebildiği UYAP dosyalarını takip etme amacıyla; yeni evrak tespiti, arama, indirme, belge eşleştirme, duruşma, hesap, tebligat ve uygun icra dosyalarının malvarlığı takibi için kullanılır. Desteklenen portal yardımcıları haciz taleplerini sepete hazırlamayı kolaylaştırır; nihai gönderimi kullanıcı UYAP üzerinden yapar.
Eklentinin kullanıcı verilerini kullanımı, Chrome Web Mağazası Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası ve Limited Use (Sınırlı Kullanım) gerekliliklerine uygundur. Veriler satılmaz, kiralanmaz, reklam veya davranışsal profilleme için kullanılmaz; tek amaçla ilgisiz ürünlere aktarılmaz. Veriler kredi verme veya krediye uygunluk değerlendirmesi amacıyla kullanılmaz. Geliştirici için uzaktan dosya okuma veya dosya verisi toplama işlevi bulunmaz.
5. AĞ İLETİŞİMİ, SORGU HIZI VE PAYLAŞIM
UYAP (https://avukat.uyap.gov.tr)
Dosya, evrak, duruşma, hesap ve borçlu sorguları ile belge indirme istekleri mevcut kullanıcı oturumuyla yapılır. İşleme göre oturum, dosya, evrak veya borçlu tanımlayıcıları ve sorgu parametreleri UYAP'a iletilir. Yenilikler sekmesinde bir dosyaya tıklamak UYAP'a istek göndermez; canlı sorgu yalnız dosyadaki Yenile düğmesi, Tüm Dosyalar/arama açılışı veya Canlı senkron tercihiyle yapılır.
Sorgu hızı
Eklenti UYAP'a gönderdiği istekleri bir sorgu kapısından geçirir. Varsayılan Yavaş modda aynı anda tek istek gönderilir ve istek başlangıçları arasında en az 2 saniye beklenir. Kullanıcı Ayarlar'dan Hızlı modu seçerse kapı başarılı yanıtlar gördükçe en çok 4 eşzamanlı isteğe kadar açılır ve aralık 0,3 saniyeye iner; yoğunluk, zaman aşımı veya hata yanıtında kendiliğinden tek isteğe döner. Mod seçimi yalnız istek sıklığını değiştirir; gönderilen veri türü değişmez. Bu önlemler UYAP'ın izin verdiği, sunucuya hiç yük oluşturulmadığı veya erişimin kısıtlanmayacağı garantisi değildir. Güvenlik engeli veya insan doğrulaması istendiğinde otomatik sorgular durur.
PTT — bakımda
PTT takibi bu sürümde geçici olarak kapalıdır. PTT'ye yeni sorgu veya barkod gönderilmez; PTT sayfası izni istenmez. Önceden kaydedilmiş takip sonuçları ilgili avukatın yerel önbelleğinde korunur. Elektronik tebligat bilgileri UYAP mazbatalarından okunmaya devam eder.
Geliştirici
Eklenti geliştiriciye dosya, belge, kimlik, oturum veya kullanım analitiği göndermez. Kullanıcının ayrıca e-posta ile destek talebi göndermesi bu otomatik işlemlerden ayrıdır; eklenti kendiliğinden dosya eklemez.
UYAP istekleri HTTPS üzerinden yapılır. Bağlanılan hizmetler, internet iletişiminin gereği olarak IP adresi ve standart istek bilgileri gibi teknik verileri görebilir. UYAP'ın insan doğrulaması için kullandığı üçüncü taraf doğrulama hizmeti, doğrulama penceresinde UYAP sayfasının kendisi tarafından yüklenir; eklenti bu hizmete veri göndermez. Kullanıcı resmî takip veya diğer dış bağlantıları açtığında ilgili sitenin kendi veri uygulamaları geçerlidir. Eklenti, dosya verilerini Google Analytics'e veya başka bir reklam/analiz hizmetine göndermez.
6. SAKLAMA, SİLME VE SÜRÜM GEÇİŞİ
- Yerel kayıtlar, yenilenene veya ilgili kayıtlar kullanıcı tarafından silinene kadar cihazda kalabilir. Oturum depolarının ömrü Chrome'un oturum yönetimine bağlıdır; yerel oturum kimliği kopyası yeni oturumla güncellenebilir. Oturum kimliğinin saklanması, sona ermiş bir UYAP oturumunu geçerli hâle getirmez.
- "Önbelleği sil", ilgili hesabın tarama ve dosya önbelleğini temizler. İndirme geçmişi ve yerel belge eşleştirme kayıtları korunur. Ayarlar, klasör tanıtıcısı ve diğer teknik kayıtların tamamını silen bir işlem değildir.
- 3.1.0'dan 3.2.0'a geçişte eski tarama önbelleği ve kuyruklar bir kez temizlenir. İndirme kayıtları, yerel belge bağlantıları, ayarlar ve diskteki belgeler korunur. 3.2.x'ten 3.2.8'e güncellemede mevcut önbellek, tarama ilerlemesi, ayarlar ve indirme kayıtları korunur; yeni ayar olan tarama hızı Yavaş olarak başlar.
- Eklentiye ait yerel depoları kaldırmak için eklentiyi Chrome'dan kaldırabilirsiniz. İndirilen belge dosyaları ve Chrome'un ayrı indirme geçmişi bu işlemle silinmez; bunlar kullanıcı tarafından ayrıca yönetilir. Başka bir tarayıcı profili veya yedekteki kopyalar da ayrıca ele alınmalıdır.
- Kullanıcının dışa aktardığı raporlar ve indirdiği belgeler seçtiği konumda kalır. Eklenti bunları kendiliğinden silmez veya başka kişilere göndermez.
Yerel saklama, verilerin eklenti tarafından ayrıca şifrelendiği anlamına gelmez. Bu sürüm yerel önbelleğe ve indirilen belgelere ek bir parola veya uygulama düzeyinde şifreleme katmanı uygulamaz. Cihazın, Chrome profilinin, dosyaların ve yedeklerin erişim güvenliği önemlidir.
7. İZİNLER

cookies: UYAP oturum çerezini okumak ve değişikliklerini izlemek.
tabs: Paneli ve doğrulama penceresini açmak, UYAP sekmelerinin adres ve yüklenme durumuyla giriş/çıkışı belirlemek, içerik betiğiyle haberleşmek.
alarms: Evrak taramalarını ve etkinleştirilmiş sorgu kuyruklarını zamanlamak.
notifications: Desteklenen işlem ve yeni evrak bildirimlerini göstermek.
downloads: Evrakları ve dışa aktarılan raporları Chrome indirme konumuna kaydetmek, indirme durumunu ve dosya varlığını kontrol etmek, önceki kayıtları eşleştirmek ve belgeleri klasörde göstermek.
downloads.open: Kullanıcı Aç düğmesine bastığında mevcut indirilen belgeyi varsayılan uygulamada açmak; belgeler kendiliğinden açılmaz.
https://avukat.uyap.gov.tr/*: Portal oturum tespiti, sorgular, indirme, doğrulama penceresi ve desteklenen sayfa yardımcıları. UYAP sayfasında çalışan betik, portalın kendi sorgularının başarı durumunu ve doğrulama penceresinde bekleyen sorguyla eşleşen liste yanıtını gözler; başka sitelere erişmez.
PTT erişimi: Bu sürümde PTT erişimi ve scripting izni istenmez; PTT yardımcı betikleri dağıtım paketine dahil edilmez.
Eklentinin çalıştırılabilir kodları paket içinde bulunur; UYAP'tan alınan sorgu yanıtları uzak JavaScript veya WebAssembly kodu olarak çalıştırılmaz.
8. TERCİHLER, VERİ TALEPLERİ VE ÇOCUKLAR
Kullanıcı otomatik tarama, tarama hızı, bildirim ve desteklenen takip seçeneklerini ayarlardan yönetebilir; eklentiyi devre dışı bırakabilir veya kaldırabilir. UYAP'taki asıl kaydın düzeltilmesi/silinmesi, eklentinin yerel kopyasını silmekten farklıdır ve ilgili kayıt/hizmet üzerinden yürütülmelidir.
Eklentinin veri işlemesi hakkında bilgi veya hak talepleri için info@kocarslanhukuk.com adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Geliştirici, eklentinin yerel dosyalarına uzaktan erişemez; destek için bilgi paylaşılması gerekiyorsa paylaşılacak içerik kullanıcı tarafından ayrıca belirlenir. Destek mesajlarına oturum çerezi, parola, e-imza PIN'i veya gereksiz dava/kimlik bilgisi eklemeyin.
Eklenti avukatlara yöneliktir, çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet değildir. Bununla birlikte kullanıcının eriştiği dava kayıtları çocuklarla ilgili bilgiler içerebilir; bu bilgiler de yalnız dosya takibi kapsamında işlenir. Verilerin yerelde tutulması, kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin uygulanabilir yükümlülükleri ortadan kaldırmaz.
9. DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Veri uygulamaları değiştiğinde bu politika ve güncelleme tarihi yenilenir. Önemli değişiklikler mağaza ve gerekli durumlarda eklenti içi bilgilendirmeye yansıtılır; yeni erişim gerektiğinde ilgili izin kullanıcıdan istenir.
3.2.4'ten bu yana değişenler: insan doğrulaması penceresi ve tamamlanma teyidi için tek hesap sorgusu açıklandı; Yavaş/Hızlı sorgu hızı seçimi eklendi; Yenilikler sekmesindeki dosya açılışının istek göndermediği belirtildi.

This policy covers the extension, not the law firm's website, client relationships or legal services. The extension is free and independent; it is not an official product of the Turkish Ministry of Justice or UYAP.
1. SUMMARY
The extension helps users follow files accessible through their existing UYAP Lawyer Portal session. It does not create a separate account, transmit case data to developer servers, serve advertisements or perform behavioural analytics or profiling. Data is processed in memory, Chrome local/session storage, IndexedDB and downloaded files on the user's device. Queries are sent to UYAP. PTT tracking is temporarily disabled for maintenance and no data is sent to PTT in this version; the extension does not claim that no information ever leaves the device.
2. DATA PROCESSED
- Lawyer, party and counsel information, including names, bar/lawyer identifiers and identity, tax and address information present in UYAP records, for account separation, matching, search and summaries.
- Case numbers, courts/units, status, document identifiers, descriptions, dates, sub-files and hearing records, for document monitoring, search, calendars and access.
- Downloaded documents and attachments, for downloading, content/type validation, matching and reading supported service-of-process information. Case documents may contain health information, personal communications, information about children or other sensitive data. The extension does not use these to build separate health profiles or communications tracking.
- Financial records, including claims, account balances, collections, disbursements and encumbrance amounts; vehicle, property, ownership share, encumbrance, employment/social security, company, partnership and representation records. Property/workplace addresses and locations may be included; device GPS location is not accessed.
- The UYAP JSESSIONID session cookie and a local copy, plus session-readiness state. The extension does not request e-signature PINs, e-Devlet passwords or UYAP passwords.
- Open-tab URLs and loading status, evaluated to identify the UYAP portal and login/logout stages; the content script checks portal readiness. A general browsing-history log is not created and URLs are not sent to the developer.
- Human-verification window state. When UYAP requires human verification for a query, the extension stops its queries and, while the panel is open, opens the relevant UYAP screen in a small window. The user completes the verification; the extension does not solve the challenge and does not read, store or transmit the verification token. In that window the extension only prepares the portal form for the pending query (category, unit, open/closed status), observes the on-screen verification state and whether the portal's own query succeeded. If a category list was pending, the file list returned by the portal may be transferred into the extension's scan; cookies, authorisation headers and the verification field are not transferred. After completion a single account-information request is sent to UYAP to confirm the session.
- Filenames and actual paths reported by Chrome, SHA-256 and supported matching digests, Chrome download identifiers/status, document matching records, settings (including scan speed), progress, queues and limited technical diagnostics. Session cookies and login codes are not written to diagnostics; behavioural click, mouse movement and keystroke tracking is not performed.
3. DOCUMENT DOWNLOADS AND TRACKING
No folder preparation, folder selection or filesystem read permission is required. The first document download automatically creates UyapEvrakTakip under Chrome's default download location. Documents are saved into case subfolders through Chrome's downloads API. Chrome settings or another download extension may change the name or destination; the extension stores the actual path reported by Chrome. Existing files are not automatically moved.
Tracking relies on extension download records and Chrome's download history. The extension does not enumerate folders or read files back from disk to verify their contents. Document content and transfer digests are checked before saving, and Chrome download completion is awaited. Reuse relies on recorded matching information and Chrome's file-existence status. This cannot detect subsequent changes to a file's contents on disk. Old files without records, or files whose download history was erased, may not be recognised and may be downloaded again. Chrome is asked to use a unique name if a file with the same name already exists.
Valid Chrome download records support Open and Show in folder. Re-download requests a new copy while preserving the existing file. Folder handles and local-document matching records from earlier versions may remain in storage, but this version does not request folder access or use those handles to read files. Downloaded documents and content digests are not uploaded to the developer or PTT. Exported reports may also use the browser's download flow.
4. PURPOSE AND LIMITED USE
Data is used only to follow accessible UYAP files: identify new documents, search, download and match documents, show hearings, accounts, service-of-process status and eligible enforcement-file asset information. Supported portal helpers prepare requests in the portal basket; the user performs final submission in UYAP.
The extension's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is not sold, rented, used for advertising or behavioural profiling, transferred for unrelated purposes or used for lending or creditworthiness decisions. The extension has no feature for the developer to remotely read or collect local case files.
5. NETWORK COMMUNICATION, REQUEST RATE AND SHARING
- UYAP (https://avukat.uyap.gov.tr): queries and document downloads use the existing user session. Depending on the operation, session, case, document or debtor identifiers and query parameters are sent to UYAP. Clicking a file in the "Yenilikler" (What's new) tab sends no request; live queries are made only through the file's Refresh button, opening a file from All Files/search, or the Live sync preference.
- Request rate: all UYAP requests pass through a request gate. In the default Slow mode one request is sent at a time with at least 2 seconds between request starts. If the user selects Fast mode in Settings, the gate widens to at most 4 concurrent requests with a 0.3-second interval as successful responses accumulate, and falls back to a single request on congestion, timeout or error responses. The mode changes only request frequency, not the kind of data sent. These measures are not a guarantee that UYAP permits the traffic, that no load is placed on the server or that access will not be restricted. Automatic queries stop when a security block or human verification is requested.
- PTT tracking is temporarily disabled for maintenance. This version sends no queries or barcodes to PTT and does not request PTT page access. Previously stored tracking results remain in the relevant lawyer's local cache. Electronic service information continues to be read from UYAP receipts.
- The extension does not send case data, authentication data or usage analytics to the developer, Google Analytics or advertising services. A support email voluntarily sent by the user is separate; the extension does not automatically attach case files.
UYAP requests use HTTPS. As part of normal internet communication, contacted services can receive the IP address and standard request information. The third-party verification service UYAP uses for human verification is loaded by the UYAP page itself inside the verification window; the extension sends no data to that service. External websites opened by the user have their own data practices.
6. RETENTION, SECURITY, DELETION AND UPGRADES
- Local records may remain until replaced or deleted. Session storage follows Chrome's session lifecycle; locally stored session identifiers may be updated by a new session and do not make an expired UYAP session valid.
- Delete cache clears the relevant account's scan/case cache, while preserving download history and local-document matching records. It is not a complete erasure of settings, folder handles or all technical records.
- The 3.1.0 to 3.2.0 migration resets old scan caches and queues once. Download records, local-document links, settings and physical files are retained. Updating from 3.2.x to 3.2.8 retains the existing cache, scan progress, settings and download records; the new scan-speed setting starts in Slow mode.
- Removing the extension removes its associated local stores in Chrome. Downloaded files and Chrome's separate download history are not deleted by that action and must be managed separately. Copies in other profiles or backups must also be handled separately.
- Exported reports and downloaded documents stay at their chosen locations; the extension does not automatically delete or share them.
Local storage does not mean that the extension applies encryption. This version does not add a password or application-level encryption layer to local caches or downloaded files. Device, browser-profile, file and backup access controls remain important.
7. PERMISSIONS
storage and unlimitedStorage support local indexes, settings, progress and records; cookies reads and monitors the UYAP session; tabs opens the panel and the verification window and checks portal navigation/readiness; alarms schedules scans and queues; notifications shows supported alerts; downloads saves case documents and exported reports, monitors completion and file existence, matches earlier records and shows files in their folder; downloads.open opens a downloaded file in its default application only after the user presses Open. Required host access is limited to https://avukat.uyap.gov.tr/*; the script running on UYAP pages observes the success state of the portal's own queries and, in the verification window, the list response matching the pending query; it does not access other sites. This version requests neither scripting nor PTT access permissions. PTT helper scripts are excluded from the distribution package. Saving uses Chrome's downloads API. No folder read or write permission is requested. Executable extension code is bundled; query responses are not executed as remote JavaScript or WebAssembly.
8. USER CHOICES, REQUESTS AND CHILDREN
Users can manage supported scan, scan-speed, notification and tracking preferences, disable or remove the extension. Changing or deleting original UYAP records is separate from deleting local copies and must be addressed through the relevant service. Contact info@kocarslanhukuk.com about extension data handling or rights requests. The developer cannot remotely access local extension files; any material shared for support is separately selected by the user. Do not send session cookies, passwords, e-signature PINs or unnecessary case/identity details.
The extension is intended for lawyers, not children. Accessible case files may nevertheless contain information about children, processed only for case follow-up. Keeping data locally does not remove applicable data protection obligations.
9. CHANGES
This policy and its date will be updated when data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the store and, where needed, in the extension; additional access will require the relevant user permission.
Changes since 3.2.4: the human-verification window and the single account request used to confirm completion are described; the Slow/Fast request-rate choice was added; opening a file from the What's new tab is stated to send no request.
